Information is used to authenticate users, provide organization and asset-management features, maintain records, support permissions and audit history, send requested service communications, protect the Service, troubleshoot problems, and improve functionality.
3. Organization access
Information stored within an organization may be visible to other authorized members of that organization according to their role and permissions. Organization owners and managers may have access to operational, maintenance, repair, assignment, invoice, and team information needed to manage the organization.
4. Service providers
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, security, and application operations. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the Service.

The Service is intended for business and operational use and is not directed to children under 13.
