Terms of Service
Effective: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Asset Management service, including its websites, applications, and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and authorized users
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Organizations are responsible for deciding who may act as owners, managers, or members and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
3. Organization data
You retain responsibility for information entered into the Service, including asset records, maintenance information, repair information, invoices, employee assignments, meter readings, and uploaded materials. You represent that you have the right to provide and use that information.
4. Operational records are not professional advice
The Service is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. It does not replace inspections, manufacturer requirements, professional mechanical judgment, accounting advice, legal advice, safety procedures, or regulatory compliance obligations. Users remain responsible for determining whether vehicles and equipment are safe and lawful to operate.
5. Billing and financial information
Cost, invoice, payment-status, and due-date features are provided for organizational tracking. The Service is not an accounting, banking, payment-processing, or tax service. You are responsible for verifying financial records against your official invoices, accounting systems, and payment records.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law. Our Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the Service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You should maintain appropriate independent records for information that is critical to your business.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, vehicle downtime, equipment damage, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, security concerns, unlawful conduct, or other material misuse of the Service. Organization owners may also remove users from their organizations according to the permissions available in the Service.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the Service changes. When material changes are made, the effective date shown on this page will be updated and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
